Armstrong High School has been ranked 6th on the Minnesota section of the "Most Challenging High Schools" list, formerly published by the Washington Post, for 2018 and Cooper made the list at number 25. If your 3rd period is changing, check the Teacher Lunch Schedule signs or ask your teacher. Per the PCHS Schedule Change Policy, the last day to request a schedule change will be Friday, January 10. Students can inquire about a schedule change in the Counseling Office. Schedule changes are dependent on space availability. Brooklyn Academy High School is currently recruiting students for the Fall 2019 semester. For students who are looking for a fresh start with a small supportive environment, Brooklyn Academy is a small transfer high school that provides support and structure for students who are over aged and under credited. for grades 7-12 are available in the high school office. These packets need to be filled out one time each year for students participating in sports and/or fine arts activities. Sports physicals are good for 3 years. Sports fees are $100 for grades 9-12 and $55 for grades 7-8 and can be paid in the office. The Ford Amphitheater at Coney Island is Brooklyn's premier outdoor entertainment venue, offering live music, a restaurant with casual American fare and a rooftop bar with ocean views, as well as beach access and on-site parking, with a packed schedule of concerts, family shows, sports, comedy, and multicultural events. On January 13th we will host an IB (International Baccalaureate) Information Night for parents at 6:00pm in the Media Center. All parents of rising junior students interested in joining the IB program for the 2020-2021 school year are encouraged to attend.
